Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

 

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package on the carrier's website.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at picklepaddlessite@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
